Bicker Gallery: Terms and Conditions
Shipping:
1. All screen prints are sent recorded delivery
2. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We aim to for fill most orders in less than 7 days
3. Our current shipping charges are displayed on the web site
Returns:
1. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving the goods. By emailing accounts@bickergallery.com
2. All damages must be reported by email to accounts@bickergallery.com within 24 hours of the goods being received.
Refunds:
Refunds will only be applicable where bicker gallery is deemed to be in contravention of the terms set out herein. A refund will be given strictly at the discretion of bicker gallery. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
The Bicker Gallery reserves the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.
Personal Data:
Personal data received during the order process is used for the purposes of fulfilling orders. Customers may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by sending a blank email with "UNSUBSCRIBE MAILING LIST" in the subject line to: accounts@bickergallery.com
Payment Information:
Your credit card details are not stored by the Bicker Gallery. Card details are securely delivered directly to our bank account via ANZ.
All payments are taken in Australian Dollars (AUS$) and will be charged at the current exchange rate. To view current exchange rates please contact your bank. Alternatively you may visit an online currency converter (e.g. www.xe.com However, please bear in mind that the Bicker Gallery cannot take responsibility for any inaccuracies in any information provided by any external website.
